LAC Federal has been awarded a prime contract on a new five year Library Services Indefinite Duration/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract active through May 12, 2026.
This multiple-award contract is open to all federal agencies and simplifies the acquisition of library professional services. This is the first Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) dedicated solely to library professional services.
The FEDLINK Library Services ID/IQ allows any federal agency to procure professional services in library or information center management, library systems support, collection services, data and metadata services, technical services, and public information services.

The Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) was established to be a forum and a resource for federal libraries and information centers. The mission of FEDLINK ranges from promoting common interests, affording a platform for exchange of ideas, and providing access to resources. Through FEDLINK, federal agencies can obtain cost-effective information resources and operational support. Under this new solicitation, FEDLINK will expand its ability to support federal libraries and information centers by providing a single contract vehicle for the unique professional services needs of its customers.
